Graise Aesthetics provides medical spa services, including but not limited to muscle relaxers (Botox/Dysport/Jeuveau), dermal fillers, vitamin shots, and advanced skin regenerative therapies. All treatments are provided by licensed and qualified professionals.
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive any treatments unless parental consent is provided for specific services as allowed by law
Before receiving any treatment, clients are required to undergo a consultation to discuss their medical history and suitability for the procedure. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in the refusal of service.
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other approved payment methods. A deposit may be required for certain procedures, which will be applied to the total cost of the treatment. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days to discuss possible remedies.
Your privacy is important to us. All personal and medical information provided during consultations and treatments will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
While we strive to provide the highest quality care, Graise Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments. Clients assume all risks associated with elective cosmetic procedures.
Graise Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
