Refund Policy for Graise Aesthetics

At Graise Aesthetics, our goal is to ensure that every client is satisfied with their experience and the results of their treatments. Please review our refund policy below:

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the nature of our services, Graise Aesthetics does not offer refunds for any treatments or procedures that have been completed. This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to muscle relaxers (Botox/Dysport/Jeuveau), dermal fillers, vitamin shots, and advanced skin regenerative therapies.

2. Prepaid Packages and Series

Refunds are not available for prepaid treatment packages or series of treatments once the package has been initiated. If you are unable to complete a series for medical reasons, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements or the possibility of transferring the remaining sessions.

3. Product Purchases

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged in certain circumstances, such as if a product is defective. Please contact us for assistance with any product-related issues.

4. Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Deposits for certain procedures are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if canceled with appropriate notice.

5. Dissatisfaction with Treatment

If you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, please notify us within 7 days of your service. We are committed to working with you to address your concerns and may offer additional treatments or corrections at no extra cost, depending on the situation. However, no refunds will be provided.ns.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, and at the discretion of Graise Aesthetics management, partial refunds or credits may be issued. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
