Card on File Policy

A preferred card on file must be reserved for all appointments. All no-showed appointments or failure to provide a 24-hour notice to any modifications or cancellations will result in a cancellation fee. Please note that the cancellation fee may change without notification.

Memberships

Memberships are month to month and non-transferable. All membership benefits are non-transferable and hold no cash value. You must provide a 7-day notice to make any modifications or cancellations to your membership. Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded with a 7-day notice. If a membership is canceled, member benefits and perks expire upon the membership expiration date.

No-Shows

You must provide a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or modifications to your appointment. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice to any changes or no-showing for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. Please note, the cancellation fee may change without notification.

All Sales Are Final Policy

Please read our “All Sales Are Final” policy carefully before making a purchase. By making a purchase on our website, over the phone, in person, or through other methods, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. All sales made through Graise Aesthetics are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, you may exchange your purchase for another item or service. All pre-purchased services remain on your account for 12 months before being transferred as credit to use within Graise Aesthetics. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.

While our general policy is that all sales are final, we comply with all applicable California state laws regarding consumer rights. Under certain circumstances, consumers may have additional protections under California law.
